Peter “discovered” woodturning in his 50s and found early retirement gave him more time to develop his interest and skill.
His work includes bowls, lidded pots, puzzles, pens, bud vases and much more.
Peter uses mostly native woods with simple wax or oil finishes on his work allowing the natural material to speak for itself. He is a member of the Association of Woodturners Great Britain, Freeman of the City of Lichfield Worshipful Company of Smiths and Chairman of a Men’s Shed
